SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

Switzerland: 2–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier or customs delays.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and correct before placing your order.

For selected orders within the Zurich area, RÊVE may arrange local delivery directly. The availability and method of local delivery are determined by RÊVE and may vary depending on the delivery location.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery.
